REALTOR®, Broker Associate, ABR®

Austin Corporate Office

We know what folks really want in a realty company are people who are honest, knowledgeable, dependable, and thorough--and who will communicate every step along the way to a happy ending at the closing table. We listen and help you articulate what you are looking for, even if the answer is "maybe later". Our goal is to help you find the home, property, land, farm, or ranch that you want and need. We understand that the property you buy or sell now (or in the future) is likely the biggest investment you will make, and we can help you take that journey with confidence. Take the stress out of the real estate process, and let me guide you to where you want to be.  My specialties as a licensed Broker Associate and REALTOR are helping folks all around Austin, Round Rock, Taylor, Hutto, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Elgin, Manor, Jollyville, Cedar Park, Leander, and points west to the North Shore of Lake Travis and on to Lake Buchanan.

My specialties include residential, farm & ranch, lakefront, investor bird dogging, and out-of-town buyers/investors. I'm an Accredited Buyer Representative. I have lived in the Austin area since 1982, when I planted my fading canvas tent from Indiana along the shore of Lake Travis and started my new life as a Texan. Since then, I have enjoyed the blessed life of all Austinites and have grown to love this land. I have bought and sold land, lakefront, homes, and ranches over the years ranging from Dripping Springs to Round Rock to Voca to Taylor to the North Shore of Lake Travis, so real estate is one of my many passions. I like helping people, so this gives me the chance to do what I like for folks who are looking for real estate solutions in their lives. For me, it's about giving each client the good, bad, and ugly about any property--and giving thorough and expert service with passion but with Low Pressure. I hate pushy salesmen, and I live that feeling every day. People want to buy, not be sold. They want honesty and control. They need to know the agent will get them to the closing table (or not) with calm confidence and less stress.
